Wine Tasting Event Theme Ideas

Hi! I work for a fine wine distributor. A lot of my accounts do tasting events and I’m looking for some fun, outside of the box, ideas for a theme? Everyone is pretty tired of tasting through regions or wineries. Any ideas?

I am playing blood and wine and won all 3 events in the tournament and still lost. Is this a glitch? I received the crossbow and the saddle for winning the first two events as well so I'm positive I won them.
I tried replaying the fighting portion and someone else is still declared the winner. I literally did not lose a single event so how can I lose the tournament?
Edit: It was because I didn't get the last hit on the most people despite doing half my team's total damage. Turns out the rules of this tournament are that Geralt can't lose a single event or he loses the whole thing while everyone else just has to win the last event and the first two are just a formality.

help me understand the events I got in blood and wine [spoilers]

I never used multiple saves, and its all done in a single playthrough, something doesnt add up to me...
so I got the ribbon from the flint girl, gave it to Syanna, and helped her out of the fable world, I had the fight with Defflaff and before it started he was about to slice Syanna, which made her use the ribbon and she was back in the fable world.. I finished Dettlaff, went to the Castle, where Regis told me we need to find the 5th letter, we did, it said Syanna's fifth victim is her sister, Anna, so we went to confront Syanna... what??
How can Syanna be at the castle waiting her trial if she just vanished into the fable world, and if she was in the fable world and decided to leave, why would she go back to the castle and await her trial.. and why no one said she suddenly appeared in the castle?
So I confronted her, told her she will be punished, and I went to the ceremony, and afterwards Anna went with the trial, but went to hug her sister, not letting the witcher speak at that point, and Syanna killed her..
but again, my only dilemma, how the hell did Syanna go from the fable world the 2nd time back into the castle.. I don't get it.

Remember that Syanna ended up in the fable world as a kind of imprisonment by Annarietta? This implies that Annarietta can control who goes in and out of fairyland. Syanna only got out of this "prison" because Geralt helped her. Once she ended up back there, she was once again "imprisoned". She did not get out of fairyland again on her own, she was taken from there by Annarietta who then placed her into "detention" in the palace. This is why, if you got the "good" ending, Annarietta isn't even aware that Syanna escaped from fairyland at all.
In order for Syanna to not kill Annarietta (and get the "good" ending) you need to have attempted to convince Syanna to forgive her sister when you spoke to her in the palace.
